Welcome to Blooming Bams Mahjong ("Blooming Bams," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using this website, registering for services, purchasing memberships, or participating in events, classes, leagues, tournaments, or other activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.

1. Use of Website

This website is intended to provide information regarding Blooming Bams Mahjong services, memberships, classes, events, products, and activities.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the website.

2. Registration and Account Information

Certain services may require registration or account creation. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities occurring under your account.

3. Memberships

Membership benefits, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time.

Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual member.

Founding Member pricing remains in effect only while the membership remains active and in good standing. If a Founding Membership is cancelled for any reason, the member forfeits the Founding Member rate and is not eligible to rejoin at that pricing level.

Memberships may be cancelled according to the cancellation policies outlined at the time of purchase.

Blooming Bams Mahjong reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of studio policies, disruptive conduct, non-payment, or behavior deemed harmful to the business, staff, or other guests.

4. Payments and Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Payment is due at the time of registration, purchase, or according to the terms of an active membership.

Recurring memberships will automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the membership cancellation policy.

You authorize Blooming Bams Mahjong and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees.

Returned payments, chargebacks, or declined transactions may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

5. Class, Event, and League Policies

Registration for classes, leagues, tournaments, and events is considered final.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Registrations are non-refundable.

• Registrations may be transferred to another participant with prior approval from Blooming Bams Mahjong.

• If space is available, participants may request to transfer to another session.

Blooming Bams Mahjong reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify classes, instructors, schedules, or events at any time. If Blooming Bams Mahjong cancels an event, participants will be offered a refund, credit, or transfer option.

6. Studio Rules and Conduct

Blooming Bams Mahjong is committed to maintaining a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment.

Participants agree to:

• Treat all guests, instructors, and staff with courtesy and respect.

• Follow all studio rules and instructor directions.

• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, or disruptive conduct.  

• Please help us maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere by keeping conversations positive and avoiding controversial or divisive topics.

• Respect studio property and equipment.

Blooming Bams Mahjong reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior negatively impacts the experience of others. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

7. Assumption of Risk

Participation in classes, events, leagues, tournaments, and studio activities is voluntary.

Participants assume all risks associated with attendance and participation and agree to participate at their own risk.

Blooming Bams Mahjong is not responsible for injuries, accidents, illnesses, or losses that occur while attending or participating in activities, except as required by law.

8. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Blooming Bams Mahjong is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, photographs, text, videos, and other materials are the property of Blooming Bams Mahjong unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Photography and Media

Blooming Bams Mahjong may photograph or record classes, events, and activities for promotional and marketing purposes.

By participating in Blooming Bams activities, you grant permission for your image, likeness, voice, and photographs to be used in marketing materials, social media, advertising, and promotional content without compensation.

Participants who prefer not to appear in promotional materials should notify Blooming Bams Mahjong in writing prior to participation.

11. Website Availability

We strive to keep the website available and accurate; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.  Please notify us if you notice any errors on glitches on our website.

Blooming Bams Mahjong reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the website without notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blooming Bams Mahjong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or participation in any services or activities.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blooming Bams Mahjong, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the website or participation in services or activities.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Greene County, Missouri.

Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
